Leeb portable hardness tester NOVOTEST T-D2-R with miniature probe

Model: T-D2-R

The Leeb portable hardness tester NOVOTEST T-D2-R is a special version of the dynamic durometer with miniature probe. The instrument has all the functions required for operation and allows quick measurements of metal hardness for the operator without experience with analog equipment.

UCI hardness tester PCE-5000

Model: PCE-5000

UCI Hardness Tester PCE-5000 is a hardness tester that uses the ultrasonic contact impedance (UCI) method of ASTM A1038 to measure the hardness of metals and alloys with a minimum thickness of 2 mm / .08 in, in Non-destructive testing produces micro indentations.
  • Measured according to the method of ultrasonic contact impedance (UCI) of ASTM A1038
  • Measurement units: Rockwell A (HRA), Rockwell B (HRB), Rockwell C (HRC), Brinell (HB), Vickers (HV) and MPa (N/mm²) SI units
  • Measuring range: 61-85.6 HRA, 41-100 HRB, 20.3-68 HRC, 85-650 HB, 50-999 HV, 255-2180 MPa (N/mm²)
  • Accuracy: ±1.5 HR, ±3% HB, ±3% HV,
  • Repeatability: ± 0.3%
  • Memory size: 1,000 groups for measurement data and 20 groups for calibration data
  • Different types of probes (automatic motorized transducers) are available.

UCI hardness tester PCE-3500 with ISO certificate

Model: PCE-3500

UCI hardness tester PCE-3500 - Ultrasonic contact strength tester is designed for non-destructive hardness measurement of metal components. A 136° Vickers diamond at the probe is excited with its self-resonance to allow the user to very precisely measure the hardness of small objects, thin-walled objects (>1 mm) and hard layers surface.
  • Probes with 50 Newtons / 11.2 lbf force, 10 and 98 N optional
  • Test HRC, HRB, HV, HB, MPa
  • Memory function via SD card and PC software included
  • Large color LCD display with backlight.

Universal hardness tester PCE-3000UL

Model: PCE-3000UL

The PCE-3000UL Universal Hardness Tester can be used to quickly test the hardness of parts even after installation with two professional probes. This instrument offers a wide measuring range, easy handling, robust design, and temperature resistance up to 40°C (104°F). Measuring hardness in Rockwell, Brinell and Vickers, the UCI durometer can test the tensile strength of steel up to 1740 MPa or 70 HRC. The tester comes with two probes, one UCI probe for non-destructive testing and one Leeb probe for rebound testing.
  • Non-destructive hardness testing
  • Ultrasonic hardness test method + Leeb
  • Various hardness scales can be selected
  • 5 materials can be tested
  • 2 probes for UCI and Leeb . recovery testing.
