The Brinell NOVOTEST TB-BC Digital Hardness Tester has a 10-step force setting test, it allows the user to measure hardness values with each of the 10 Brinell hardness scales.
This hardness tester uses inner circle type with control system. It is highly accurate, gives repeatable results, is reliable and easy to operate.
The NOVOTEST TB-BC Digital Brinell Hardness Tester has a fully automatic test cycle: load, stop and unload. Therefore, operational errors do not affect the measurement results.
The motor and electronic control system allow measurements with high accuracy. No mechanical weight reduces friction problems and vibration sensitivity of the machine.
The NOVOTEST TB-BC hardness tester performs direct indentation according to the Brinell hardness test method according to ISO 6506-2 and ASTM E10.

The NOVOTEST TB-BC hardness tester uses a heavy test force (large indentation), allowing the user to measure:
- Hardness of coarse-grained metallic materials (cast parts, non-ferrous metals and alloys);
- The hardness of tempered steel varies, hardened and tempered steel;
- Hardness of soft metal products (pure aluminum, lead, tin) and others.
