- The PCE-1000N Hardness Meter is a Barcol handheld durometer for measuring the hardness of pure aluminum, soft aluminum, thick aluminum alloys and aluminum plates, strips, bars, castings and forgings. The hardness of fiber-reinforced plastics (FRP), glass-reinforced plastics (GRP), hard plastics and soft metals (such as copper or lead) can also be tested with this impressive battery-powered durometer.
- The digital meter offers a wide measuring range, high accuracy and direct display of measured values on the built-in backlit LCD.
