  • The AEC210 Headphone Production Prototype is a cost-effective solution for checking production line volume of headphones.
  • The flush-mount microphone and the flexibility to add additional speakers and microphones make it possible to test both noise-cancelling headphones and headsets with microphones. Two fully adjustable headphone positioners allow for precisely controlled placement and consistent, repeatable testing.
  • A modular mounting system allows additional microphones and speakers to be positioned in the same location at all times for increased testing consistency and quality system compliance.
  • The Headset Manufacturing Tester is a great alternative to expensive head and body simulators or devices that use IEC 60318-4 compliant couplers.
  • An optional loudspeaker, Model AEC210-SPK, can be added to the Headphone Production Tester to test noise cancellation and used as an artificial mouth to test the built-in headset microphone.
  • For measuring noise outside of headphones with microphones placed in critical measurement locations, a fully adjustable microphone stand is optional. Modular design allows for a multitude of installation configurations of additional speakers and microphones.
