Description

Polymerase chain reactor cabinet Esco Streamline ® SCR-2A1, SCR-2A2 and SCR-2A3 provide a compact and traceless environment for handling reagents like a total PCR mixture.

This incubation cabinet for PCR Esco Streamline ® is equipped with simple adjustment switches for fan, light and UV control. HEPA filtered air ensures a contaminant-free environment for reliable PCR results.

UV decontamination system:

  • Each cabinet includes a built-in, powerful, 253.7 nm UV lamp to allow the work area to be decontaminated between test runs, thus preventing cross-contamination.
  • The decontamination cycle time can be set using the UV timer, thus extending the UV lamp life.
  • UV timer is adjustable up to 18 hours. Default value at 60 minutes.
  • The front panel and UV-filtering polycarbonate glass help protect users from accidental UV exposure. A proximity sensor ensures the front shield is lowered before allowing the UV rays to activate.
