• Basic operation:
  • With the lever in the highest position and the Krebs spindle freely rotating outside of the sample, turn on the viscometer and allow the instrument to perform a 10-second self-calibration. After the self-calibration is complete, place the measuring cup on the stand on the base. Lower the lever to the lowest position. The Krebs spindle will start to rotate automatically. The viscometer will run a test using the cutting speed to measure the viscosity of the liquid in the measuring cup.
  • During the test, the LCD digital display will show the measured values and an "o" symbol will appear in the upper right corner of the screen. When the test is completed, the "●" symbol will appear in place of the "o" symbol and the last measured values can be read. After completing the test.
