I. Specifications Orbital shaker CO2 resistant digital Esco OrbiCult™
TriDrive ™ eccentrically symmetrical drive system:
- Powerful eccentric tri-centre counterweight drive for long service life
- Two types of orbits (19mm and 25mm) meet different applications
- Brushless DC motor provides consistent rotation and no vibration
- Wide speed range: 15 - 575 rpm
- Low noise and low heat
- Installed with boost/deceleration circuit to prevent overflow
- There is a PID (Proportional-Integral-Digital) microprocessor for the speed control system.
SmartRun™ unbalance compensation algorithm:
- Provides consistent rotation and no vibration
- Excellent unbalance sensor and suitable imbalance compensation algorithm optimize rpm to ensure smooth operation without any vibration.
Multiple platforms are interchangeable:
- Large capacity with slim structure
- Customizable to accommodate different applications
- There are two types of platforms: General Platforms and Dedicated Platforms.
CO2 resistance model:
- Orbital shaker CO2 resistant AS1-C-19 and AS1-C-25 Esco OrbiCult™ is designed with anti-material components that adapt to CO2 and wet environments, ensuring the AS1 CO2 resistant model works for a long time without no need to worry
- Suitable for cell incubation application. AS1 C series is suitable for Esco 170 L and 240 L CelCulture® and CelMate® series CO2 incubators
Flexible alarm:
- Connectors located on the rear of the unit for speed monitoring, shaker imbalance and energy recovery alerts.
- Audio alarms can be turned on or off, but visual alerts will remain activated
- LED will light red during alarm.
Isocide ™ antibacterial powder coating:
- Easy-to-clean exterior surface is coated with Isocide™ to remove 99.9% of surface bacteria within 24 hours of contact.
