• Currently, this CNC measuring device can connect with lasers of the following brands: Keyence, Panasonic, Omron, Miyi, Stil, ERT, Sunny, etc. Select the laser and COM you want to connect in the Laser List in Parameter Settings.

Laser and image synchronization:

• Before measuring the laser, the laser and the image must first be synchronized. Before taking the following measurement: Using a sample, find a vertex on the image; before shifting the diagonal center to that vertex to retrieve the coordinate value; before transferring the laser point to that vertex to retrieve the coordinate value of that point; Click to confirm synchronization, to achieve image programmable laser measurement.
• (With this in the subsequent measurement, any laser point extraction or image point extraction; these can be moved to the element center that has been tapped).

Job array macro:

• For situations where multiple identical or different fixtures are placed on a desk at the same time, the array on each fixture can be the same or different. Users can simply replace the fixture after measuring the work pieces on a fixture, saving time and increasing efficiency.

Import CAD graphics for measurement:

• This AMP320 video inspection meter supports measurement software on work pieces with CAD graphics as a template, allowing for coordinate or comparative measurements. This function is applicable to the machined part of any contour/shape within the measuring range of the measuring tool.

Scan function:

• The scanning function is equivalent to the reading function. Scanning is to create a point cloud by scanning the contour of the workpiece image, which can be used for reverse engineering.
  • When the workpiece is small and can be imaged entirely inside the image area, the scanning steps are as follows:
    • Step 1: Click the scan button at the top right of the graphics area. To reduce noise, it is recommended to turn off the surface light before scanning and use the contour bottom light for illumination.

 

• • • Step 2: Double click the image area to get the scan graphic of the workpiece and right click to save the graphic as a dxf format file.

• When the larger image range of the workpiece exceeds the image area, use the following workpiece as an example to demonstrate the scanning steps:

• • Optical focus: focus can be supported by software. Adjust the focal length of the lens to match the measuring surface of the workpiece to make the image clearer and the measurement more accurate.
  • Image height measurement: With optical focusing function, it can quickly measure the height of the track and the axis, and the height of various planes.
  • Accurate measurement of batch type automatically.
  • High-precision light source system: Programmable light source can realize program control adjustment; it can project different products clearly in different directions.
  • Map navigation function: you can see the location of the picture to be measured and automatically find the specified location.
  • Probe height measurement function: The contact probe can measure height; product flatness and angle quickly and accurately.
