I. Specification Airstream® class I microbiological safety cabinet ESCO AC1-4E8
- Biological safety cabinets Airstream® Class I ESCO has the most basic and rudimentary design of all biological safety cabinets available today.
- An internal airflow moves into the cabinet containing the aerosols generated during microbiological manipulation. It then passes through a filtration system to capture all airborne particles and contaminants. Finally, clean and decontaminated air is discharged from the cabinet. The filtration system usually consists of a pre-filter and a HEPA (High Efficiency Air) filter.
- Airstream® Class I Biological Safety Cabinets protect the user and the environment when performing experiments with agents specified under Biosafety Levels 1, 2 and 3.
- This Class I biological safety cabinet is equipped with protective features such as IsocideTM powder coating that inhibits microbial growth and optional UV light for decontamination.
- It is also equipped with a UV Door that provides safety against UV rays. The door is integrated with a VHP injection port to connect to a VHP/HPV transmitter for easy decontamination.
- The cabinet is used energy-saving DC ECM motor, saving 70% energy. Carrying Public Health England (PHE) EN 12469 certification, the Airstream® Class I Biological Safety Cabinet is an essential component of your lab..
