The ESD SESD 216 Electrostatic Simulator is suitable for performing EMC tests on systems and systems according to IEC/EN 61000-4-2 (ESD testing).
Higher test levels can be set beyond standard limits. Depending on the test object and test setup, two test methods will be used: air discharge (AIR) and contact discharge (CON).
Contact control: ESD SESD 216 16.5kV Schlöder electrostatic simulator gun with "contact control". With the "CON" test method, the test head touches the surface of the test object. If there is no contact, the pulse is not triggered. The display shows "No contact". This ensures that a true discharge takes place when the contact is discharged.
Always ready to use: SESD 216 ESD emulator works with Battery. If the Battery is exhausted, it can be charged immediately with the charger included in the range of distribution without the need to change the Battery. The in-display charging bar indicates the charging status.
