The measured parameters include inductance, impedance, AC resistance, DC resistance, Q value, and more. The frequency range for measurements is from 10Hz to 200kHz.

Additionally, Multichannel LCR meter MICROTEST 9332 (PCB/FPC application) can be integrated into dedicated PCB testing equipment to achieve fully automatic or semi-automatic testing.

Inductance deviation:
