The iPR HR² Schmidt + Haensch (High Resolution) procedural refractometer measures the continuous index of refraction and, therefore, the concentration of binary or semi-binary liquid mixtures. This professional instrument is specially developed for testing liquids with very low solids concentrations (e.g. Soft drinks). IPR HR² has very high resolution and accuracy.

  • Digital Refractometer – The fully automatic iPR HR² (High Resolution) Refractometer continuously measures the refractive index and thus the concentration of solids in solution or the mixing ratio of a liquid mixture binary or semi-binary.
  • These iPR HR² procedural refractometers are specifically designed for the control of liquids with very low concentrations of solids (e.g. soft drinks) and they offer very high resolution and accuracy.
  • The IPR HR² refractometer is a standalone process sensor with integrated electronics. Its distinctive design and electronics make it very versatile and easy to control. The device is programmed through software based on WINDOWS. Optionally, a data logger is available. The iPR probe can be installed in pipelines, reactors, mixing tanks, kettles, boiling pans and evaporators, using different welding flanges..
