Humidity Analysis Balance – What is Humidity Balance?

• Moisture analysis balance is a device used to analyze and quickly determine the absolute humidity of the sample to be tested. The moisture analyzers use the principle of gravity moisture measurement; or so-called consumable mass measurement method; or lost on drying at a certain temperature (LOD).
• Moisture balance uses one of the most accurate methods available for moisture determination.

Advantage:

• Moisture analyzers offer a great deal of flexibility; because the gravimetric moisture measurement and the measurement result are independent of the material. This means that no material properties or presets need to be saved; and preset by gravity humidity balance. Instead, gravity measurement of absolute humidity depends on sample weight.

Steps to check humidity:

• To initiate moisture balance, a sample is weighed with an accurate scale. The sample was then dried and weighed continuously until the sample showed no change in weight. The weight of the sample after drying is concluded to be compared with the weight of the sample before drying.
