SESD 2910 30kV ESD test system

Model: SESD 2910

Schlöder's SESD 2910 30kV ESD test system was developed specifically to demonstrate the immunity of electrical ignition and ignition devices (EEDs) to impulses from electrostatic discharges. The ESD simulation system SESD 2910 simulates electrostatic discharge as defined in EN 13763 of 13 March 2004 and according to VG standard VG 95378-11, May 1997. This ESD generator is also suitable for testing. testing electric ignition devices in the automotive industry - e.g. airbags.

  • EN 13763-13 - Immunity to spark ignition against electrostatic discharge
  • Test voltage 30 kV
  • Power modules from 150 pF - 5000 pF,
  • Resistor modules from 0.5 - 5000
  • Serial interface.

Burst transmitter SFT 1400 125kHz Schlöder

Model: SFT 1400

The Burst SFT 1400 125kHz Schlöder transmitter simulates transient transient disturbances as defined in the IEC/EN 61000-4-4 standards. Due to the very short rise time (5ns), the individual pulses produce a wideband RF spectrum up to approximately 300 MHz. RF interference results are results.

  • Boom frequency up to 125 kHz
  • All parameters can be changed during testing
  • DIN EN 61000-4-4, April 2013
  • Single pulse to explode forever
  • 5000 pulses/second. - 500 / pack
  • Correct activation
  • Various special functions.

Burst generator SFT 1420 2MHz

Model: SFT 1420

The Burst SFT 1420 2MHz generator simulates transient transient disturbances according to IEC 61000-4-4 and EN 61000-4-4 standards. These disturbances are generated by the switching inductor. The individual pulses have very short rise times in the nanosecond range and thus a wideband RF spectrum up to 300 MHz, which can cause RF interference. By increasing the pulse in the burst packet, time-critical applications can be tested alongside the very precise triggering of the SFT 1420. The Burst generator also offers a range of special functions such as " Real Burst", which simulates the natural occurrence of an explosive pulse or "Noise", where contact bouncing can be simulated. The "IFM" and "DFM" (frequency rise or fall) functions are important tools for checking resonance or saturation effects in the equipment under test.

  • Boom frequency up to 2000 kHz
  • RS 232 interface
  • Single pulse to explode forever
  • Various special functions.

Mutant conflict generator CWG 1500

Model: CWG 1500

The CWG 1500 Schlöder surge generator simulates high energy noise pulses and is suitable for performing EMC tests on systems and systems according to IEC 61000-4-5, 2014; DIN EN 61000-4-5, 2014 and VDE 0847-4-5. The CWG 1500 is a combined boost voltage/current generator and produces a standard surge voltage with a 1.2/50 µs curve shape and a standard surge current with an 8/20 µs curve shape when idling.

  • Voltage pulse shape: 1.2 / 50µs
  • Amplitude: 0.2 - 4.4 kV
  • Current pulse shape: 8/20µs
  • Amplitude: 0.1-2.2 kA.

CWG 2500 Surge Generator

Model: CWG 2500

The Surge CWG 2500 Schlöder transmitter simulates high energy noise pulses and is suitable for performing EMC tests on systems and systems according to IEC/EN 61000-4-5 and VDE 0847-4-5. It is easy to operate using a capacitive color touch screen. All parameters are clearly displayed on the screen and can be changed quickly by touch and using the digital rotary encoder.

  • Operation via capacitive color touch screen
  • Voltage 1.2 / 50 µs and 8/20  µs.
  • Amplitude 0.2 - 4.4 kV / 0.1 - 2.2 kA
  • USB, optional optical interface with LWL.

Immunity test generator, Induction RF CDG 7000 HF 10kHz – 400MHz

Model: CDG 7000 HF

The CDG 7000 HF, Inductive RF Immunity Test Transmitter for all immunity standards against interference is conducted by high frequency fields, including BCI tests (ISO 11452-4). One of the very few test systems incorporating IEC 61000 4-6 containing an RF signal generator, RF power amplifier, 3-channel RF voltmeter and attractively priced directional coupler. CDG 7000 generates interference as defined in IEC EN 61000-4-6 Immune to disturbances already caused by radio frequency fields.

  • The compact unit consists of an RF signal generator, an RF power amplifier, a 3-channel RF voltmeter and a direction coupler.
  • Signal generator frequency range 4 kHz - 1200 MHz
  • RF power amplifiers are available in three versions.
