Mutant conflict generator CWG 1500

Model: CWG 1500

The CWG 1500 Schlöder surge generator simulates high energy noise pulses and is suitable for performing EMC tests on systems and systems according to IEC 61000-4-5, 2014; DIN EN 61000-4-5, 2014 and VDE 0847-4-5. The CWG 1500 is a combined boost voltage/current generator and produces a standard surge voltage with a 1.2/50 µs curve shape and a standard surge current with an 8/20 µs curve shape when idling.
  • Voltage pulse shape: 1.2 / 50µs
  • Amplitude: 0.2 - 4.4 kV
  • Current pulse shape: 8/20µs
  • Amplitude: 0.1-2.2 kA.

CWG 2500 Surge Generator

Model: CWG 2500

The Surge CWG 2500 Schlöder transmitter simulates high energy noise pulses and is suitable for performing EMC tests on systems and systems according to IEC/EN 61000-4-5 and VDE 0847-4-5. It is easy to operate using a capacitive color touch screen. All parameters are clearly displayed on the screen and can be changed quickly by touch and using the digital rotary encoder.
  • Operation via capacitive color touch screen
  • Voltage 1.2 / 50 µs and 8/20  µs.
  • Amplitude 0.2 - 4.4 kV / 0.1 - 2.2 kA
  • USB, optional optical interface with LWL.

Immunity test generator, Induction RF CDG 7000 HF 10kHz – 400MHz

Model: CDG 7000 HF

The CDG 7000 HF, Inductive RF Immunity Test Transmitter for all immunity standards against interference is conducted by high frequency fields, including BCI tests (ISO 11452-4). One of the very few test systems incorporating IEC 61000 4-6 containing an RF signal generator, RF power amplifier, 3-channel RF voltmeter and attractively priced directional coupler. CDG 7000 generates interference as defined in IEC EN 61000-4-6 Immune to disturbances already caused by radio frequency fields.
  • The compact unit consists of an RF signal generator, an RF power amplifier, a 3-channel RF voltmeter and a direction coupler.
  • Signal generator frequency range 4 kHz - 1200 MHz
  • RF power amplifiers are available in three versions.

MGA 1033 magnetic field transmitter and analyzer

Model: MGA 1033

The MGA 1033 Schlöder Magnetic Analyzer and Transmitter is a compact test system for generating and measuring magnetic fields in the frequency range from DC to 250 kHz. Thanks to the built-in high-performance amplifier, high field strengths in many military and automotive standards can be easily achieved. In combination with the three-axis Helmholtz coil MGA_HCST_50/28, a field strength of 1000 A/m can be generated in the frequency range from DC to 1 kHz. Testing is extremely convenient: thanks to the three-axis structure, fields are generated completely automatically in all three spatial axes - the test subject no longer has to rotate.
  • Magnetic field tests and measurements from DC to 250 kHz
  • Meets all relevant EMC, automotive and military standards
  • Field strength up to 1000 A/m up to 1000 Hz
  • Fully automated testing with optional three-axis Helmholtz coil.

Intermittent Voltage Simulator VIS 1700

Model: VIS 1700

Schlöder's VIS 1700 Intermittent Voltage Simulator can simulate voltage drops and fluctuations that occur across supply networks (AC and DC). AC tests are defined in IEC/EN 61000-4-11 and DC tests in IEC/EN 61000-4-29.
  • AC Test: IEC / EN 61000-4-11
  • DC Test: IEC / EN 61000-4-29
  • Automatic AC + DC acceleration function (voltage fluctuations, no need for a second voltage source)
  • Measure current at specified phase angle 0° - 360°.

Pulse generator FNN PG 01-2000 μs

Model: PG 01-2000 μs

Schlöder's FNN PG 01-2000 μs pulse generator is suitable for insulation testing and surge resistance testing on electrical and electronic meters. The generator generates a standard surge voltage with a 0.1/2000 µs curve shape. Pulse voltage can be easily checked using the built-in 1000:1 divider.
  • Pulse Shape 0.1 / 2000 s
  • Pulse voltage 4 kV - 10 kV.
